Check-in
from 3:00 PM. Complete online check-in before arrival to receive private instructions.
Check-out
by 10:00 AM. Before leaving, check your belongings and turn off lights and air conditioning.

Possible only on request and if there are no close arrivals. Message me on WhatsApp first.

A few clear rules to avoid issues during your stay.
Smoking
No smoking inside the room or indoor areas. Smoking is allowed only outside, where permitted.
Quiet hours
From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, avoid loud noise, loud music and phone calls in corridors.
Unregistered guests
For legal and safety reasons, only guests registered in the booking may enter.
Common areas
Please leave bathroom, corridor and shared areas clean after use.

The area is convenient if you arrive by train. Before arrival, check the walking route with Google Maps.
Metro and buses
To reach the city centre, Porto Antico and Brignole you can use metro, buses or taxi.
Parking
Parking in the area can be difficult. Check blue parking areas, private garages or parking near the station before arrival.
